By purchasing my services (art/commission/rig), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

» I am allowed to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable/up to the task given.
» Commission work only starts after I explicitly accepted it. (Until then you are on the waiting list.)
» 50% of the commission price must be deposited once I contact you that I've begun work on the commission.
» Once the commission is confirmed, no refunds are available.
» Upon completion, you will receive a heavily watermarked version. The other 50% of the commission price will be requested and only after I receive it, will you will be given the final product.
» Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.Revisions
» Revisions may be done during the sketching process.
» Revisions once the line-art/final render has begun may require additional fees, unless it it something small like adding piercing or changing the eye color. (Fees can be discussed)NDA - Privacy Request
» If your commission requires NDA, it must be stated during the ordering process.
» The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any work-in-progress images and/or text-based updates on social media.
» This also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.Rush Fees
» If you, the client, request a specific date that is sooner than the initial agreed upon date, or is shorter than my usual work time (2-3 weeks), I will request +25% of the commission.
» Fees may vary depending on the project and the time-frame provided.Use & Copyright
» Any commission is for personal/private use only, excluding VTuber orders. (If you wish for commercial rights, this must be discussed during the order.)
» You cannot claim my art as if you have made it yourself. Credit/tagging when posting a commission is preferred.
» You may post the artwork on any social media with proper credit (Twitter/X has additional terms)
» Add your favorite color at the beginning or end of your commission form if you have read this far.
» Any Crypto, Block-Chain, NFT, AI-learning, Stable Diffusion, Generative Images, and other AI imagine websites and otherwise unethical usage of my art is strictly forbidden. You will be blacklisted, legal action may be pursued.
» Twitter/X has AI-learning worked into its design, therefor it is forbidden to post my art there. (Exceptions found below.)Twitter/X Posting
You may only post the received commission on Twitter/X if it falls under these terms:
» The commission is used as a profile picture/banner (said profile picture/banner may not be posted/tweeted)
» The commission is a VTuber rig.
